Return & Refund Policy

Pluxy is operated by Blue Brands LLC d/b/a Pluxy ("Pluxy," "we," "us," or "our").

We want customers to feel confident trying Pluxy. This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged item claims, and related requests work.

90-Day Return Window

We offer a 90-day return window. You have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at support@pluxy.co with your order number, email address used for the order, and the reason for your request.

Items sent back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned with all required parts, accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase unless Pluxy confirms otherwise in writing.

We reserve the right to deny or reduce a refund if:

  • The item is returned outside the return window.
  • The item is missing parts, accessories, or required packaging.
  • The item is damaged by misuse, neglect, alteration, improper cleaning, or unauthorized repair.
  • The request appears fraudulent, abusive, or connected to resale activity.
  • The purchase was made from an unauthorized third party.
  • The item was not purchased directly from pluxy.co.

Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for where and how to send your package.

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Pluxy does not accept responsibility for return packages lost in transit, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

If the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pluxy.co. If the issue is verified, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide another appropriate solution.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, missing parts, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at support@pluxy.co and include:

  • Order number.
  • Photos or video showing the issue.
  • Photo of the shipping label and packaging if relevant.
  • Description of the problem.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, return label, refund, or another appropriate solution.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to contact support@pluxy.co. If your exchange is approved, we may ask you to return the original item and place a new order, or we may process an exchange directly depending on inventory and the situation.

Price differences may apply if you exchange for a higher-priced product.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us at support@pluxy.co.

Non-Refundable Amounts

Unless required by law or expressly approved by Pluxy in writing, the following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping charges.
  • Return shipping charges.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and similar government or carrier charges.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized third parties.
  • Products outside the 90-day return window.

Bundles, Discounts, and Gifts

If you purchased a bundle, promotional set, buy-one-get-one offer, free gift offer, or discounted order, we may require all items in the offer to be returned before issuing a full refund.

If only part of a bundle or promotional order is returned, the refund may be adjusted to reflect the regular price of kept items, any used discount, and any free gift value.

Replacements and Warranty-Related Shipments

The 90-day return window does not restart when a replacement, exchange, warranty item, or reshipment is provided.

For customers outside Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada, Pluxy may not cover shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, or similar charges for replacement products under warranty or for shipments lost or damaged in transit, unless required by law or expressly approved by Pluxy in writing.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable law. Items must be returned in the condition required by law and with proof of purchase.

This EU right does not limit any additional return window we voluntarily provide.

Abuse, Fraud, and Resale

Pluxy reserves the right to deny returns or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, excessive return activity, chargeback misuse, unauthorized resale, altered products, or policy manipulation.
