Pluxy is operated by Blue Brands LLC d/b/a Pluxy ("Pluxy," "we," "us," or "our").

This Shipping Policy explains dispatch, estimated delivery windows, tracking, customs, and shipping support for orders placed on pluxy.co.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to the United States and many international destinations. Availability may vary by product, destination, carrier availability, customs restrictions, and checkout configuration.

Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days after order processing, unless otherwise stated at checkout or on the product page.

Dispatch times may be affected by stock availability, order volume, holidays, address review, payment review, fraud screening, or other operational issues.

Delivery windows are estimates only and do not include dispatch time, customs clearance, import processing, carrier disruptions, holidays, weather events, or other delays outside our control.

Tracking

All orders ship with tracking when tracking is available from the carrier. Tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

You can track your order through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or by contacting support@pluxy.co.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Pluxy is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable orders caused by incorrect, incomplete, invalid, or inaccessible addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact support@pluxy.co as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Customs, Duties, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, VAT, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping price.

Customs and import delays are outside Pluxy's control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If tracking shows unusual delay, failed delivery, damage, or non-delivery, contact support@pluxy.co with your order number and tracking number.

We will review the situation and may work with the carrier to investigate. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, reshipment, refund, store credit, or other solution.

For shipments outside Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada, shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and similar charges may not be covered by Pluxy for replacement products under warranty or for shipments lost or damaged in transit, unless required by law or expressly approved by Pluxy in writing.

Stock Availability

Shipping estimates are subject to stock availability. If an item is temporarily out of stock or delayed, we may contact you with an updated timeline, replacement option, cancellation option, or refund option.
